Patrick is a trilingual MBA, Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional (CM&AP), licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and Founder of FLAVIP, a Florida-based advisory for business and commercial real estate acquisitions in the State of Florida.

Patrick has thirty years of public and private sector experience in commercial banking, communications, e-commerce, government relations, online marketing, and real estate development across Florida, Georgia and South America.

Patrick is detail-oriented and understands the importance of communications, cross-border negotiation, and transparency having served as Speechwriter & Special Advisor for the Governor of Florida, for the Chairman of The Florida Council of 100, and for the U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Portugal. He later served as Director of Communications and Tower Division Project Manager for one of Florida’s leading master-planned luxury real estate developers, WCI Communities. 

Patrick received dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Spanish from Washington and Lee University and a full merit scholarship to the University of Florida MBA Program where he specialized in finance and entrepreneurship.

Patrick has lived and worked in several Latin American countries including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Uruguay; and enjoys advising both domestic and foreign buyers of private companies and commercial real estate in Florida.

In addition to his native English, Patrick speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
