Steve Nelson brings over 30 years of experience in sales, management, and business development, with a focus on BOVs, Non-Disclosure Agreements, negotiations, and relationship management. Steve’s extensive background in managing complex transactions and fostering strong client relationships sets him apart as a skilled negotiator.

After earning a BS degree in Animal Science from Kansas State University, Steve went on to manage the embryo program at the renowned R+J Ranch in Texas. In 1989, he moved to Georgia to manage an Angus cattle farm, further refining his leadership and operational expertise.

For 30 years, Steve owned and operated a successful tent and livestock equipment rental business, adding entrepreneurial experience to his resume.

In addition, Steve has worked as a licensed real estate broker in Georgia for 25 years, specializing in land sales. His extensive sales and negotiation experience make him a highly effective leader in business transactions.
