Michael Somach possesses a unique skill set obtained from over thirty-five years of experience as both a National and International Sales Executive for a Fortune 500 Corporation. Michael was a business professional in the marketing and sale of highly engineered specialty products to the power generation industry and to manufacturing industries producing plastics and textile products. He travelled extensively to consult and guide his clients in North America and provide services/support through local agents in Europe, Asia and Southeast Asia.

After leaving Corporate America, Michael became a successful entrepreneur, owning and developing a customer service performance business which was ultimately merged with two other national companies and eventually sold to an international service provider. 

Michael began his business brokerage career with Corporate Investment International in 2003 and earned his CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) in 2004 as a member of the International Business Brokers Association.  Michael currently serves as an M&A advisor where he utilizes his skills and expertise to connect buyers and sellers of small to mid-sized businesses. In this role as an Intermediary, Michael is able to match business owners interested in selling their businesses to qualified, interested, and capable buyers. 

Michael has handled a wide variety of transactions across a broad range of industries and business types. He delivers highly personalized hands-on service, working closely with business owners and their advisors from the outset to gain an in-depth level of knowledge about their company and services. Buyers have included entrepreneurs, strategic buyers, private equity groups, public companies and foreign nationals seeking investor and entrepreneur E-Visas.
