Moon Valley Nurseries Expands Operations To Georgia

Today the nation’s largest fully-integrated nursery and box tree grower announced the opening of their first retail location in Georgia

Phoenix-based Moon Valley Nurseries will continue their Southeast expansion when the company opens their new location in Peachtree City just off Joel Cowan Parkway later this summer.

With the new South Metro Atlanta location, Georgia will join six other states where Moon Valley currently operates their 48 retail locations across the country: Arizona, California, Florida, Nevada, Tennessee and Texas.

CEO Brian Flood expressed enthusiasm over the opportunity to deliver Moon Valley’s expansive variety of mature trees to the lucrative Metro Atlanta market:

Florida Yard Showcases Artificial Grass Possibilities

An Orlando landscape contractor has stretched the boundaries of creativity using synthetic grasses and built a backyard golf paradise for a Central Florida homeowner in the process.

BCD Enterprises installed 2,000 square feet of artificial turf varieties from Synthetic Grass Warehouse (SGW) at a home in Casselberry just north of Orlando.

The backyard beauty was created using a combination of two innovative products: TigerTurf’s True Putt and Everlast’s Malibu Fescue Green Thatch.

The synthetic grasses from SGW are non-toxic, lead-free and manufactured with UV inhibitors that will resist fading in the year-round Florida sunshine. And since the turf fibers remain the same height, the homeowner’s backyard links will never need to be mowed or trimmed.

Founded in 2004, Synthetic Grass Warehouse is the largest distributor of artificial grass in North America and the exclusive national distributor for TigerTurf and Everlast brands of synthetic grasses.
